System and criteria for the prioritization of applications for the Joan Oró grant for the hiring of pre-doctoral research personnel in training (FI) for the year 2026.

The Joan Oró grants aim to fund the recruitment of predoctoral researchers in training who pursue their PhD studies within the Catalan university system. These grants help promote the training and research activities of the recruited researchers and increase their qualifications and professional development during the early stages of their research careers, thereby strengthening the generation of cutting-edge knowledge and its transfer.

Within this framework, institutions must prioritize applications according to a set of criteria. At our institution, these criteria have already been approved and will be applied in the application prioritization process.
