Engagement & Outreach Technician in the Impact Department

Main responsibilities:

- Operational support in the planning, organization, and monitoring of citizen participation and scientific dissemination activities. - Organization, archiving, and updating of documentation related to activities, events, projects, and dissemination and participation initiatives. - Preparation of documentation, content, and support materials for conferences, workshops, talks, and scientific dissemination activities. - Support in the coordination of patient participation initiatives, associations, and citizens in research and innovation projects. - Collaboration in the organization of activities aimed at bringing the institution’s research closer to society and promoting scientific culture. - Support in identifying funding calls and collaboration opportunities related to scientific dissemination and citizen participation. - Support in the preparation of dissemination content, informational materials, and communication actions, in coordination with the institution's communication services. - Maintenance and updating of databases of contacts, entities, patient associations, and other agents in the scientific and social ecosystem. - Support in communication and coordination with research groups, healthcare professionals, patient associations, educational centers, and other entities. - Preparation of lists, reports, and monitoring indicators to assess the scope, participation, and impact of the activities developed. - Participation in follow-up meetings and cross-cutting support for the department's activities. - Occasional collaboration with the Quality & Data Intelligence, Transfer & Translation, and Business Development areas in cross-cutting initiatives of the Impact Department.

What do we need?

Previous experience will be valued in: - Research centers, hospitals, or universities - Citizen participation projects and dissemination of activities - Management of R&D&i projects - Administrative or technical support in scientific environments - Technology transfer offices (OTRI/TTO)
