Project title:

Transversal support to the Purchasing and Administration service.

Research group / Service:

Accounting department

Description:

The selected person will join the Accounting department (Management program).

Task:

Management of delivery notes, document reconciliation between purchase orders, delivery notes and invoices, resolution of administrative issues with suppliers, and cross-functional support for the Purchasing and Administration departments.

Formation:

Intermediate Vocational Training qualification in Administration and Finance, Administrative Management, or an equivalent qualification.

Experience:

Experience in goods receipt management, administrative processing of goods receipts and validation of delivery notes, document control, process management, supplier relations, and operational support for administrative departments. Experience in environments involving a high volume of documentation and procedure monitoring will be particularly valued.

Knowledge:

Advanced IT skills, experience with ERP management systems, administrative processes, document control, document reconciliation, and supplier relations. Strong organisational and planning skills, problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to work across different departments.

Additional information:

This position is shared between the Purchasing and Administration departments. It provides cross-functional support for goods receipt, delivery note management, and supplier coordination.
