Translational research in tumor microenvironment

Description:

The selected person will join the Translational research in tumor microenvironment (Cancer research program).

Task:

transcriptomic, genomic and bioinformatics analysis; processing of participant samples; cell culture; histology techniques; immunohistochemistry; molecular biology techniques; laboratory management, purchasing and suppliers.

Formation:

Higher Vocational Training in the laboratory area. Higher qualifications will be valued.

Experience:

Essential experience in the previously described tasks. It is essential to have been part of a translational research group.

Knowledge:

Knowledge of laboratory techniques: cell culture, Western Blot and immunocytochemistry, PCR, extensive experience in flow cytometry, molecular biology techniques, and other techniques to study in vivo and in vitro cancer immunology, immunological techniques, cell cultures, microscopy, molecular biology techniques. Fluent English is required, as well as computer skills at the user level for Office and the internet.

Additional information:

Autonomy in experimental design and result interpretation for carrying out a scientific project will be positively valued. It is essential to have spent time abroad.
