Project title:

Engineering an integrated platform for generation of human blood stem cells from pluripotent sources

Research group / Service:

Stem cells and cancer research group

Description:

The selected person will join the Stem cells and cancer research group (Cancer research program).

Task:

The selected person will carry out experimental techniques in the field of the study of genetic material and molecular biology, cell culture techniques for manipulating, cell modifying for gene and techniques of localization and quantification of protein molecules (Western blot and immunohistochemistry).

Formation:

CFGS in Laboratory for analysis and quality control. It is mandatory to have the Animal experimentation course.

Experience:

Mandatory to have previous experience in the tasks mentioned previously.

Knowledge:

Mandatory medium level of English and informatics knowledge of Office and internet (user levels).

Additional information:

The demonstrated ability to work in research teams will be valued, mainly in translational research projects in oncology.
