Description:

The selected person will join the Comparative and functional genomics research group (Biomedical informatics research program).

Task:

Study of the association of human investments in large datasets of genetic data. Participate in the development of bioinformatics analyses.

Formation:

Master's degree in Bioinformatics.

Experience:

Previous experience in bioinformatics research and genetic data analysis, including: - Programming and statistics (Bash, R). - Analysis of human genetics and association with phenotypic variants. - Imputation of genetic variants. - Work with structural variants.

Knowledge:

Programming (Bash, R). Programs association. English.

Contract:
