Single cell mapping of tumor-immune coevolution in organ-specific breast cancer metastasis (HR23-00392)

Description:

The selected person will join the Cancer Cell States & Metastasis Immunity Lab (Cancer research program).

Task:

Design and development of the project at an experimental level using experimental techniques in the field of genetic material study, molecular biology, and immunology, techniques for cell culture manipulation, cellular modification for gene therapy, and techniques for localization and quantification of protein molecules (Western Blot and immunohistochemistry).

Formation:

Doctorate in the field of Sciences. It is essential to have the animal experimentation course.

Experience:

Experience in the previously described tasks is required. It is essential to have worked in a translational research group in oncology.

Knowledge:

Different profiles will be evaluated regarding experience in molecular and cellular biology, animal experimentation, and knowledge in areas related to cellular biology and cancer. It is essential to have knowledge of laboratory techniques: cell culture, Western Blot and immunocytochemistry, PCR, flow cytometry, molecular biology techniques, and other techniques to study cellular effects (viability, proliferation, apoptosis, migration, invasion, DNA damage). A fluent level of English and computer skills at the user level of Office and the internet are required.

Additional information:

It is essential to have published an article in indexed international journals. The demonstrated ability to work in research teams, primarily in translational research projects in oncology, will be valued. It is essential to have spent time abroad. Participation in a patent will be positively assessed.
