The selected person will join the Computational epigenomics Research Group (Biomedical informatics research program).
- Task:

Development of computational methods for the analysis of single-cell data, with a main focus on single-cell epigenomic data and multimodal data integration. Supervision of PhD and master thesis students, and will contribute to general organisational tasks in the group.
- Formation:

PhD / doctorate in biomedicine with a focus on computational epigenomics.
- Experience:

Development of computational methods for the analysis of epigenomic data, strong statistics background.
- Knowledge:
-
High proficency in English. High programming skills in Python, R, Bash, C++. Strong statistical and machine learning background.
