The selected person will join the Innovation (Hospital Program).
- Task:
-
Support the development and implementation of an environmental sustainability innovation project applied to healthcare buildings and environments.
Collaborate on the analysis, monitoring, and proposal of actions aimed at improving energy efficiency and reducing environmental impact.
Participate in the management, processing, and analysis of data and indicators related to energy consumption, emissions, and waste generation and management, to support project decision-making.
Support the assessment of sustainability and the lifecycle of healthcare equipment and technologies, in coordination with the relevant teams.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams (engineering, maintenance, clinical services, and IT) on the development and monitoring of project activities.
Prepare technical documentation, reports, presentations, and other supporting materials related to project execution and monitoring.
Participate in project coordination, dissemination, and reporting activities, including—where applicable—linking the project to European innovation initiatives or programs.

Bachelor’s degree in:
Engineering (biomedical, industrial, energy, electronics, telecommunications)
Architecture or Architectural Technology
Environmental sciences or related fields
Desirable:
Additional training in sustainability, energy efficiency, or healthcare technology (medical equipment)
- Experience:
-
Minimum 1–3 years of experience in one or more of the following areas:
environmental sustainability
building or facility management
healthcare or hospital environments
medical equipment or clinical technologies
Desirable:
participation in innovation or research projects
experience in collaborative or international environments
- Knowledge:
-
Basic knowledge of:
building systems and infrastructure (energy, HVAC, water, etc.)
resource efficiency and energy optimization
General understanding of:
environmental sustainability (climate change, resource efficiency, impact reduction)
circular economy and responsible materials and waste management
lifecycle management of assets, products, or services
data analysis (advanced Excel, BI tools or similar) applied to sustainability
Desirable:
knowledge of environmental, energy, or sustainability regulations
use of digital tools for monitoring, modeling, or optimization (BIM, data platforms, etc.)

Technical English (minimum B2 recommended)
