Immune redirection research group

Description:

The selected person will join the Immune redirection research group (Cancer research program).

Task:

Cell cultures (primary and cell lines), animal experimentation (transgenics, PDX, etc.), cytotoxicity assays, gene expression assays (RNA isolation, qPCR, WB, etc.), immunological assays, histology assays.

Formation:

Degree in Genetics. It is essential to have the animal experimentation course.

Experience:

It is essential to have prior experience in the tasks indicated in the job offer.

Knowledge:

Essential to have knowledge of laboratory techniques: cell culture, Western Blot and immunocytochemistry, PCR, flow cytometry, molecular biology techniques, and other techniques to study cellular effects (viability, proliferation, apoptosis, migration, invasion, DNA damage). Fluent level of English and user-level computer skills in Office and internet are required.
