Description:
The selected person will join the Immune redirection research group (Cancer research program).
Task:
Cell cultures (primary and cell lines), animal experimentation (transgenics, PDX, etc.), cytotoxicity assays, gene expression assays (RNA isolation, qPCR, WB, etc.), immunological assays, histology assays.
Formation:
PhD in the field of Sciences.
Experience:
Previous experience in the tasks described above is required. It is essential to have worked in a translational research group in oncology.
Knowledge:
Essential to have knowledge of laboratory techniques: cell culture, Western Blot and immunocytochemistry, PCR, flow cytometry, molecular biology techniques, and other techniques to study cellular effects (viability, proliferation, apoptosis, migration, invasion, DNA damage). Fluent English and computer skills at the user level of Office and internet are required.
Additional information:
We are looking for a person with the ability to work in a team. It is essential to have published articles in indexed international journals. Autonomy in experimental design and interpretation of results to carry out a scientific project will be positively valued, as well as experience in presenting data and results to the public in English.This subsidy may be co-financed by the European Union through the European Regional Development Fund, 'One way of making Europe'.
