Description:
The selected person will join the Clinical and risk factors for neurodegenerative diseases research group (Neurosciences research program).
Task:
Implementation of basic techniques and biochemical analysis, processing of biological samples and data entry. Support in laboratory maintenance, management of orders, and training of other team members. Participation in meetings, collaboration with the research team, and progressive training in advanced biochemical techniques, with a focus on rigorous, organized, and quality work in biomedical research environments.
Formation:
Degree in Biology.
Experience:
Previous experience in biochemistry laboratories or similar • Experience with different techniques including ELISA, western blot, immunoprecipitation, and other biochemical protein techniques. • Experience in handling human samples (plasma, serum, CSF) • Experience in laboratory management (safety, maintenance, and other organizational functions).
Knowledge:
Catalan or Spanish and English.
Additional information:
We are looking for an organized, methodical person with the ability to work in a team, interested in developing in the field of biomedical research and biochemical techniques applied to human samples. This contract is subject to the awarding of the project.
