Description:

The selected person will join the Girona Heart Registry (REGICOR) research group (Epidemiology and public health research program).

Task:

Advisory support in study design, statistical data management and analysis, and preparation of results reports.

Formation:

High school diploma or advanced vocational training in the technological/computer science field.

Experience:

The candidate must have experience in handling and analyzing statistical data in epidemiological studies and/or clinical trials. Participation in studies published in international journals will also be valued.

Knowledge:

The candidate must be familiar with the R software language and Rmarkdown for report preparation. Knowledge of Python is also valued. An intermediate-high level of English is required.

Additional information:

És imprescindible el coneixement de llenguatges com R, Bash, Python i SQL. També es valorarà el coneixement de High Performance Computing (HPC), dockers, Git i GitHub. És necessari tenir nivell intermedi/avançat d'anglès. Es valorarà molt positivament que el/la candidat/a vulgui matricular-se a un programa de doctorat.
