Risk factors for deterioration of quality of life in premenopausal women with estrogen receptor-positive breast cancer on dual estrogen suppression therapy (PI22/00449)

Description:

The selected person will join the Musculoskeletal research group (Translational Clinical Research Program).

Task:

Review of the medical history of the participating patients for their inclusion in the cohort study, interviewing the participating patients to fill out medical questionnaires, and processing and analyzing their biological samples (using ELISA, FACS, and PCR).

Formation:

Master's in Molecular Biology or equivalent.

Experience:

Basic biomolecular protocols (ELISA, FACS, PCR...). Database management.

Knowledge:

Sample collection and processing, ELISA methodology, office software, database management (Access and RedCap)
