The selected person will join the Intercellular communication in cancer and ageing research group (Cancer research program).
- Task:

Bioinformatic analysis of metagenomic, metabolomic, and transcriptomic data. Techniques related to protein detection and quantification (Western Blot), nucleic acid isolation and detection (RNA/DNA isolation, PCR, qPCR).
- Formation:
-
Degree in Biotechnology or equivalent, a Master's degree in Bioinformatics will be considered an asset.
- Experience:
-
Experience in transcriptomic analysis and the tasks indicated in wet laboratories is essential.
- Knowledge:
-
Knowledge of the following bioinformatics and laboratory techniques is essential: programming in R and Python, high-performance computing on a cluster, Bash, PCR, nucleic acid isolation. Fluency in English is an essential requirement.
