The selected person will join the GPCR Drug Discovery research group (Biomedical informatics research program).

Task:

Application of machine learning to the analysis of molecular dynamics simulations.

Formation:

Higher education cycle or equivalent qualification. Computer science degree will be valued.

Experience:

1. Performing and analyzing molecular dynamics simulations 2. Large-scale data analysis 3. Machine learning techniques, using regression algorithms and deep neural networks 4. Database development and maintenance

Knowledge:

Python, Molecular dynamics simulation software (ACEMD, GROMACS), Machine learning, Tensorflow, SQL, Java. Excellent level in both spoken and written English .
