Targeting Epstein-Barr Virus Infection for Treatment and Prevention of Multiple Sclerosis

Description:

The selected person will join the Neurogenomics research group (Biomedical informatics research program).

Task:

Analysis of multiomic data derived from the brain by the study of the contribution of the episteine-barr virus to the risk of multiple sclerosis.

Formation:

CFGS biology, biotechnology or similar.

Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in biology, biotechnology or similar and programming experience will be valued.

Knowledge:

Bioinformatics analysis of omic data in single-cell. Programming knowledge in R.
