The selected person will join the Immune redirection research group (Cancer research program).
- Task:

Cell cultures (primary and cell lines), animal experimentation (transgenics, PDX, etc.), cytotoxicity assays, gene expression assays (RNA isolation, qPCR, WB, etc.), immunological assays, histology assays.
- Formation:

Advanced vocational training in pathological anatomy or equivalent qualification. Certificate in animal experimentation.
- Experience:

Previous experience in the tasks indicated in the job offer is essential.
- Knowledge:
-
Knowledge of laboratory techniques is essential: cell culture, Western Blot and immunocytochemistry, PCR, flow cytometry, molecular biology techniques, and other techniques for studying cellular effects (viability, proliferation, apoptosis, migration, invasion, DNA damage). Fluency in English and computer skills at the user level for Office and the internet are required.

We are looking for someone with the ability to work in a team. It is essential to have worked in a translational research group in oncology. Previous experience in projects on immunology in breast cancer is essential.
