Project title:

Description of knee osteoarthritis phenotypes based on clinical, imaging, and laboratory data

Research group / Service:

Cell research on inflammation and cartilage research group

Description:

The selected person will join the Musculoskeletal research group (Translational Clinical Research Program).

Task:

The candidate will review patients' medical histories for inclusion in the cohort study, interview patients to complete medical questionnaires, and process and analyze their biological samples (using ELISA, FACS, and PCR).

Formation:

Degree in Biology or similar equivalent qualification. Basic technical training in Histopathology will be valued.

Experience:

Cell Culture Genaral biomolecular protocols (ELISA, western-blot, PCR, ...) Database Management

Knowledge:

Sample collection and processing, ELISA methodology, office software, database management (Access and RedCap)
