Description:

The selected person will join the GPCR Drug Discovery research group (Biomedical informatics research program).

Task:

Discovery of membrane-penetrating peptides to modulate GPCR signalling by allosteric interaction

Formation:

CFGS. valuable Degree in Human Biology

Experience:

1. Structural biology and computational modelling of G protein-coupled receptors 2. Performing and analyzing molecular dynamics simulations 3. Large-scale data analysis 4. Machine learning techniques, using regression algorithms and deep neural networks

Knowledge:

Molecular dynamics simulation software (ACEMD, NAMD), Large-scale data analysis of MD data, Python, Machine learning. Excellent level in both spoken and written English.
