Project title:

Engineering an integrated platform for generation of human blood stem cells from pluripotent sources

Research group / Service:

Stem cells and cancer research group

Description:

The selected person will join the Stem cells and cancer research group (Cancer research program).

Task:

Experimental techniques in the field of the study of genetic material and molecular biology, cell culture manipulation techniques, cell modification by gene therapy and techniques for localization and quantification of protein molecules (Western Blot and immunohistochemistry). Identification of cell populations by flow cytometry.

Formation:

Degree in Biomedical Sciences and a Master's degree in Biomedicine will be positively valued.

Experience:

It is essential to have experience in the tasks described above. It is essential to have done a stay and / or have worked in a translational research group in oncology.

Knowledge:

Es requereix nivell alt d'anglès, coneixements d'Office, internet i correu electrònic a nivell d'usuari.

Additional information:

Experience in other international research teams will be an asset. Demonstrated ability to work in research teams, mainly in translational research projects in oncology, will be an asset. It is essential to have had a stay abroad.
