Project title:

The first 10-year genome-wide association study (GWAS) with population-based coronary heart disease in more than 100,000 participants to personalize cardiovascular prevention in Spain (PMP22/00033)

Girona Heart Registry (REGICOR) research group

Description:

The selected person will join the Girona Heart Registry (REGICOR) research group (Epidemiology and public health research program).

Task:

Analysis by SPSS, R and Mendelian randomization of data from the study. Bibliographic search and writing of scientific articles.

Formation:

Doctorate in Pharmacy and Food Sciences

Experience:

Experience as a specialist in Clinical Analysis in the hospital setting and in laboratory analysis of biochemistry and molecular biology in the research area. Experience in data management and statistical analysis within health science studies. Finally, experience in working on randomized clinical trials is required.

Knowledge:

A Master's degree in health sciences, training in Statistics and Bioinformatics will be considered a plus. Experience working in a system with ISO 9001 Certification will be considered a plus.
