Project title:

Effectiveness of non-face-to-face visits in the follow-up of patients with gestational diabetes (2021/10166).

Research group / Service:

Cardiovascular risk and nutrition research group

Description:

The selected person will join the Cardiovascular risk and nutrition research group (Epidemiology and public health research program).

Task:

To analyze the emotional and psychological needs of participants included in the study. To offer emotional support to participants suffering from diabetes mellitus. To study psychological variables associated with treatment adherence in participants with Diabetes Mellitus.

Formation:

Bachelor's degree in psychology or equivalent qualification. Master's degree in clinical psychology or in Clinical Work and Mental Health and Membership.

Experience:

A minimum experience of 2 years in emotional support to patients with diabetes mellitus will be specially valued. Minimum experience of 4 years as a psychologist/therapist in a mental health center and minimum experience of one year as a social educator.

Knowledge:

A degree in social education will be an asset.

Additional information:
