Description:

The selected person will join the Cell-type mechanisms in normal and pathological behavior research group (Neurosciences research program).

Task:

Behavioral tasks in mice to study the impact of stress and immune system function on the brain. He will use laboratory molecular techniques (RT-PCR, Western Blot, immunohistochemistry) and animal behavioral techniques using mice (cognition, anxiety, learning, social interaction, etc). It will also use in vivo recording techniques and pharmacogenetics.

Formation:

PhD in Behavioral Biology. A certificate in animal experimentation is essential.

Experience:

Experience in the manipulation of different species (mice, rats). Experience in behavioral paradigms and experiments to study the impact of stress on behavior. Experience in innate behaviors in mice.

Knowledge:

High level of English. Knowledge of Bonsai, DeepLabCut and programming. Also in in vivo calcium logs.
