Description:

The selected person will join the GPCR Drug Discovery research group (Biomedical informatics research program).

Task:

Identify relevant structural descriptors for GPCR dynamics using Alloviz. Employ selected descriptor sfor ligand efficacy prediction using a ML-based pipeline.

Formation:

Degree in Human Biology.

Experience:

Structural Biology, Computational Biology. GPCRs in the Central Nervous System.

Knowledge:

Molecular Modelling, Molecular Dynamics simulation, data visualization (e.g., VMD, Chimera), data analysis, Python programming. Bash scripting, web development, Fluent in English written and orally.
