Inhibitory circuit motifs in the hippocampus during experimental and artificial learning (PID2022-143259OA-I00)

Neural computing laboratory group

Description:

The selected person will join the Neural computing laboratory group (Neurosciences research program).

Task:

Different data analysis techniques based on sorting of single neurons, as well as the development of toolboxes and functions in Matlab, and the generation of figures for later publication.

Formation:

Higher Level Laboratory Training Cycle or equivalent qualification.

Experience:

Experience related to the tasks described will be an asset.

Knowledge:

Advanced level of English. Advanced knowledge in the use of computer tools such as the Office package (Word, Excel...), as well as in programming tools (MATLAB, Arduino, Python...).

Additional information:

It would be an asset to be in possession of a certificate of animal experimentation.This subsidy may be co-financed by the European Union through the European Regional Development Fund, 'One way of making Europe'.
